Just finished another couple of short “interlude” stories for NIGHTJAR – one comic strip, one prose story. Like First Feathers, both are set in the past and delve a little deeper into the history of Mirrigan and the Demdyke family, in this case from 1974 and 1953. Both stories will feature in a one-off “NIGHTJAR Annual”, planned for release some time between the first and second story arcs.

And on that note, a quick update on the status of NIGHTJAR #2; as those of you with calendars will have noticed, it’s rather late. This is due to unforeseen circumstances, and I apologise to those of you waiting for it. However, it’s now at the printers, and will be on shelves very soon – I’ll let you know exactly when, and I hope you’ll agree that it was worth the wait. We’re also doing everything we can to make sure the rest of the series is more timely. Thanks for your patience.
